- A non-refundable minimum contribution of $230,000 into a government fund, such as the NDF (National Development Fund). This option covers a family of four including the main applicant, spouse, and two children, any additional dependents will have additional fees for each dependent.
- A non-refundable contribution to West Indies University of a minimum $260,000
Real Estate Investment: Investing in an approved real estate project for a minimum value of $300,000. You can also make a joint investment; however, each applicant must invest a minimum of $300,000 each. The holding period for the real estate is no less than 5 years.
Business Venture: Purchase of an existing company or business for a minimum of $1,500,000 if it’s a solo venture or a joint purchase of $400,000 each individual with a minimum total investment of $5,000,000.
