You can acquire St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment. The Program offers citizenship based on the contribution you make to the economic growth of the country. The program was established in 1984. It allows you to acquire citizenship within 6-12 months. Once approved you can enjoy a St. Kitts and Nevis passport with visa-free travel to more than 150 countries including the UK and other Commonwealth countries.
Investment Option
Government Donation – Make a non-refundable contribution of USD 250,000 to Sustainable Island State Contribution for the main applicant and no more than three qualifying dependents.
Approved Public Benefit Project – Make a non-refundable contribution of USD 250,000 or more to and you can choose to invest in particular developmental projects that aide the economic stability of the Islands.
Invest in Real Estate – Buy real estate via two available options one is the private investment which requires buying a family home with a minimum value of USD 800,000 and this cannot be resold for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. The second option is investing in a real estate development, this requires a minimum investment of USD 400,000 which can only be purchased from an approved real estate approved developers and cannot be sold for a period of 7 years from the date of purchase.
Visa Free Travel
A St. Kitts and Nevis passport allows its holders to travel to more than 150 countries visa-free across the globe.
Eligibility Requirements
- The main applicant must be over 18 years old and have a clean criminal record, proof of investment and health insurance amongst others.
- Dependents include children under 26, spouse and parents aged 65 and over.
- You can opt to add dependents after citizenship has been granted to the main applicant.

Application Process
